LVMH wants to provide its teams with a comparator to enable them to choose the CRM tool best suited to their needs, based on the four pillars of CRM: "Capture customer data" - "...to deliver the right message" - "...through the best channel" - "...to the right person, at the right time, in the right place".
The UX and UI aspects are always important, but they are particularly so for the success of this project.
We're working with the LVMH teams to find the best approach, one that will correspond to the precise demands of their users, without losing them.
We plan to provide access to results by keyword or by need.
Users can then choose the comparison criteria that suit them, and display several tools face to face to compare them.
